TABLI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only.
You may not:
- Copy or redistribute content
- Reverse engineer the application
- Resell digital content
2. Purchases
TABLI offers:
- Individual book purchases (non-consumable)
- Premium subscription (monthly or yearly)
All payments are processed by Apple.
Prices may change in the future.
3. Subscriptions
Premium subscription:
- Unlocks all premium books while active
- Automatically renews unless cancelled
- Can be managed via Apple ID settings
No refunds are handled directly by TABLI.
All billing issues must be addressed through Apple.
4. Intellectual Property
All recipes, text, branding, and design are intellectual property of TABLI unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
5. Disclaimer
The App provides cooking content for informational purposes only.
Users are responsible for:
- Ingredient safety
- Allergy awareness
- Proper food preparation
TABLI is not liable for damages resulting from misuse.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features in future versions.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
